LACA Meetings

Next Meeting

Most months, the LACA meetings are on the third Wednesday of the month.

The next LACA meeting will be Wednesday, March 17, 2010 in Room 10 at Lebanon High School.

New members are always welcome.

Directions to the meeting.

LACA holds a monthly meeting on the third Wednesday of each month at 7:00 pm. Meetings usually are held at Lebanon High School (in the summer meetings usually change venue) and last from one to two hours. Guests are welcome. Although the elected president presides over the monthly meeting, LACA conducts its business in a democratic manner, with each member present having a voice and a vote in deciding plans and activities. These activities include electing officers, determining the community endeavors LACA will support, and arranging and holding craft shows. Call 802-295-1932 if you have questions.

The Sunshine Community Committee is responsible for effecting the community outreach programs voted upon by the Association. The Scholarship/Awards Committee reviews local high school art student applications to determine which students will be awarded the scholarship money. Members serving on the Budget Committee create the annual budget upon which the membership will vote, and the Craft Show Development Committee works to organize and promote craft shows.
